1. Return Eligibility (5-Day Window) We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original premium packaging with the security seal intact.
2. The “Seal of Purity” Policy Because our incense is designed for environmental purification and sensitive energy work, we cannot accept returns for any box that has been unsealed. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered “energetically consumed” and is strictly ineligible for return or refund.
3. International Shipping & Logistics Costs Please be advised that for all “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for all return international shipping costs and any associated customs duties. Given the high cost of international logistics, we encourage you to choose your scents carefully.
4. Damaged Items We invest in premium rigid packaging to protect your ritual items. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@windperches.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the outer shipping box. Upon verification, we will arrange a one-time replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Processing Approved refunds (for confirmed damaged goods) will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) within 10-14 business days.
