About Me, and This Place<\/p>

To be honest, as someone who is deeply introverted, I sat in front of my computer for a long time struggling with how to write this \u201cAbout Us\u201d page . According to the standard business playbook, I should probably package myself as some \u201cIncense Master\u201d or \u201cEnergy Expert,\u201d but the truth is, I\u2019m just an ordinary person .<\/p>

I used to be just like you\u2014an ordinary employee clocking in at 8:30 AM and often not finishing until midnight . In that endless cycle of overtime and soul-crushing office burnout, my body and mind completely broke down . After quitting, severe depression, insomnia, and anxiety followed . At my worst, I felt like a silkworm trapped in the silk I had spun myself\u2014even reaching for a glass of water next to me felt like a monumental task .<\/p>

Later, my doctor suggested medication, but when I saw those pills designed to provide \u201ctemporary happiness,\u201d it felt hollow and fake . So I asked myself: \u201cWhy should I be controlled by this?\u201d<\/p>

I decided to head out . Gasping for air on a 5,000-meter mountain and staring blankly at the white expanse at 7,546 meters . Strangely enough, in those extreme environments, my mind finally went quiet, and I felt a sense of relief I hadn\u2019t known in years . When I returned, I started exploring Daoism\u2014the lifestyle philosophy, not the religion\u2014trying to repair my messy energy field through the power of nature. Today, I can\u2019t say I\u2019m \u201ccured\u201d (I actually think being happy every single day is a kind of sickness), but I\u2019ve learned how to coexist with my shadows .<\/p>

WIND PERCHES was born from this journey . I see it as a \u201charbor\u201d\u2014a place to offer a glimmer of light to those who are also struggling mentally or emotionally .<\/p>
